Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve. Access continues through the end of the billing period; no proration tricks.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your runs and results before your subscription ends. If your account is terminated, we retain data for 30 days to allow export unless you request earlier deletion or retention is required by law.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Stripe. Team plans can be invoiced (NET-30) on request.
Is my data secure?
We don't sell your data or train models on it. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
