- How are free runs counted?
- Free includes 20 free runs per calendar month, shared across bioassays and flow cytometry. Required setup answers are included with each run. Each later refinement or follow-up counts as another run. Manual flow cytometry tools do not use runs.
- When does my allowance reset?
- Your run allowance resets at the beginning of each calendar month (UTC). You can check your current usage in the workspace or account settings.
- Do I need a credit card?
- No. Sign in and start using the Free plan. There is no trial countdown or automatic charge.
- Can I subscribe to Pro now?
- Pro and Team are coming soon. Paid subscriptions are not available yet; final pricing and features will be shared when they launch.
- Can I try it without my own data?
- Yes. Choose a sample dataset when starting a new analysis to explore the workflow before uploading your own experiment.
